Alaa's parents didn't know he'll grow up to be a caterer. At the age of 17, young Alaa came to Aluma restaurant to seek for a job, and something changed. This change, which turned into a spark, went with him to his BA studies and came back with him to Aluma. Years after, that young guy became partner and owner at that very restaurant between Kfar Veradim and Tarshiha.
