Adir Winery

Adir wines are made from grapes grown in the Ben Zimra vineyard. These vineyards were planted during the 1980s and 1990s in a select part of the Upper Galilee and they benefit from an optimal combination of quality soils and optimal weather conditions. which give them their excellent and famous taste. Since its establishment in 2003, Adir Winery continues to implement the highest standards throughout all stages of production. Thanks to this strictness, it has earned the status of an award-winning Israeli winery that produces some of the country’s finest wine series.

The winery’s wines are produced with care based on four decades of agricultural experience, expertise in wine production and commitment to quality. The fact that the winery is owned and operated by a family allows it to benefit from accumulated agricultural experience and a deep familiarity with the land. All production processes are defined and controlled according to the strictest professional standards. With maximum care throughout all the stages of production, each bottle is an expression of this commitment of the winery.
