The Travel Hotels Chain includes the following companies, according to the hotel where you would like to make your reservation, or the type of the relevant service: Tnuvot Shalom Ltd., co. no. 512264599, Traveler Hotels Rural Accommodations Ltd. co. no. 513940049, Accommodation for Travelers in the Galilee 2016 Ltd., co. no. 515549707, The Village Hotel Operation and Initiative Ltd. co. no. 515549707, Dafna Tourism Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., co. no. 570061036, Dafna Camping Partnership., co. no. 540304128, Tel Katzir Tourism, co. no. 570066373, and the Lotan Desert Travel Hotel Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., co. no. 570069153 (hereafter together: the “Travel Hotels Chain“, “We “, or the “Hotel“).
These regulations set forth your rights and obligations when using the website, when booking a vacation or an overnight stay at the chain’s hotels, or regarding any other service we offer through the website (collectively: the “Services“). Please read the regulations carefully, because it is a binding agreement between you and the Travel Hotels Chain.
The use of the website, including booking services, products, or performing any other action that the website allows, indicates your agreement to the terms of the website regulations and additional legal information published on the website, including Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and additional instructions of the Travel Hotels Chain (collectively: the “Binding Documents“).
Every user of the website declares that he has read the contents of the binding documents and that he agrees to all their instructions and conditions, and that he, or anyone on his behalf, will not have any claim or demand against the Travel Hotels chain or anyone on its behalf.
Booking accommodations, vacations or any other service or product through the website, or any other use thereof, is permitted to adult users, 18 years of age or older only, or to any registered corporation or other legal entity. You declare that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 years of age or older, you are requested to refrain from using the website and not to make any reservation through it. If it becomes clear to us that a minor has made a booking on the website, the Travel Hotels Chain will be entitled to cancel the transaction and you will not have any claim or lawsuit against it for this.
The binding documents are written in the male gender for convenience only, but they are intended for both women and men. The Travel Hotels Chain has the discretion to decide which services, products, content and information will be displayed on the website, the length of time they will be displayed, what their location and design will be, and any other matter related to them.
The website includes a translation of its contents into other languages, such as English or Russian. In any case of a contradiction between the content of the website in the Hebrew language and its content in another language, the Hebrew version is the binding version.
These regulations apply to the use of the website using any computer or other communication device (such as smart phones, tablets, smart watches, etc.).
Risks and Liability
The use of the website under your exclusive and full responsibility. The website can be used as is (AS IS). It is not possible to adapt it to the needs of each and every person. You will not have any claim, lawsuit or demand against the Travel Hotels Chain regarding the features of the website and the services therein, its capabilities, limitations or suitability to your needs and requirements.
The Travel Hotels Chain makes an effort to provide you with proper and high quality service. At the same time, we do not guarantee that the service on the website will not be interrupted, will be provided as usual or without interruptions, will be provided safely and without errors, and will be immune from unauthorized access to the computers of the Travel Hotels Chain, damage, breakdowns, malfunctions or failures – including malfunctions in hardware, software or communication lines to the website – at the travel hotel chain or at one of its suppliers.
You hereby declare that you know that the use of the website involves risks, both because of the technology involved and because of human factors operating through the Internet.
The information presented on the website is for your personal use only, and its use, including any reliance on it, is under your sole responsibility.
The Travel Hotels Chain does everything in its power to ensure that the information presented on the website is as correct and accurate as possible, however the information does not purport to be a complete, full or detailed analysis of all the topics set forth therein, and it may be partial or incomplete. The Hotel will not be held responsible for any error in the information displayed on the website.
The Hotel will not be responsible for any damage, inconvenience, loss, expense or anguish that may be caused to the customers of the chain, to the users of the website, or to any third party, directly or indirectly, due to entering the website and the use of its contents and services. The Hotel will not be held responsible for illegal activity by a website user.
Booking on the Website
You may use the website solely to review the information presented on it to the general public, to order the services and products of the Travel Hotels chain (as displayed on the website from time to time at the discretion of the chain), or to contact us.
You may not use the website for any other purpose. The website will present you with details of all the chain’s services and hotels available at that time, so that you can find and book the vacation and services that suit you. In addition, the Travel Hotels Chain may offer through the website “coupons” (for example, coupons for various services offered by the hotel, trips, etc.), as well as various products on behalf of the Travel Hotels Chain, such as chain-branded products (collectively: the “Products“). The full details on each product, including information about the coupons and their conditions, will be set forth on the relevant pages of the website.
Currently, we do not provide delivery services for the products of the Travel Hotels Chain, but we may allow you to pick up the product you ordered at the chain’s hotels, subject to prior arrangement.
We will provide you with the services / products you have booked after you have fully completed the purchase process, to the extent that the service or product you booked is available or is not limited in any way, if you have a valid credit card that can be debited and cleared in Israel, and after the credit card company that issued the card has approved the booking transaction you made. The booking transaction can also be completed in any other way at the discretion of the Travel Hotels Chain.
The Travel Hotels chain is entitled to change the supply and variety of services, products and hotels on the website at any time. The fact that a particular service or product was offered on the website at any time does not guarantee that it will be offered in the future. The Travel Hotels chain does not guarantee the scope, availability or minimum variety of hotel rooms or other services / products.
Subject to the provisions of the law, we are entitled not to allow this or that customer book services and products on the website, even if he was a customer of the Travel Hotels chain in the past, inter alia in the cases set forth hereafter –
- If when registering on the website, or in any part of the booking process, you provided false or incorrect information;
- If you have committed an act or omission that harms, or may harm the website, or the travel hotel chain, or any third parties, including the chain’s customers, employees and suppliers;
- If you used the website to commit an act deemed illegal under Israeli law or to enable, facilitate, assist or encourage the commission of such an act;
- If you breached any of the provisions of the binding documents;
- If you owe money to the Travel Hotels Chain, and you have not paid your debt even though the deadline for its payment has passed;
- If the credit card or any other means of payment in your possession has been blocked or restricted in any way.
If the credit card company has not approved the charge, we will not be able to confirm your booking. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible and avoid charging your credit card. If you were charged in error, you are asked to inform us and we will take care to provide you with an appropriate credit, according to the circumstances and the provisions of the law.

If you believe that the details on the website are insufficient, if you believe that it is misleading, or if you have any questions, complaints, compliments or inquiries regarding any of the services, products, or the Travel Hotels Chain – do not hesitate to contact us using any of the chain’s contact details – listed hereafter in these regulations (in the “Cancelation of a Reservation” chapter) – and we will do our best to handle your request as soon as possible.
Details of the Customer / Purchaser
After you have added and selected the details of your reservation in the online form provided for this during the ordering process, you will be required to enter your personal details on the website, including your name, contact details, ID or passport number, credit card details, benefit / discount code (if you have such a code), and details of all the guests with you in your reservation. When purchasing products or coupons through the website, you will only have to provide your personal information and contact information.
The information fields that must be completed will be explicitly marked. You must provide only correct, accurate and complete details, in order to avoid as much as possible an error in the reservation or the possibility of contacting you. You hereby confirm the correctness of the details you provided. The Travel Hotels Chain may determine from time to time additional or other identification methods, at its discretion.
The Travel Hotels Chain, and anyone on its behalf, is not responsible for a mistake made by the user in typing the reservation details, including a mistake in choosing the vacation package, vacation date, number of beds, and any other service or product you book through the website.
In order for us to provide to you your reservation, it must be received and recorded by us in a proper and orderly manner, including all the details required to contact you and complete the reservation. The Travel Hotels Chain is not obligated to provide you with the services or products you booked if the reservation was not received by its computers, or if it was received in a faulty manner, even if the source of the malfunction is in the Travel Hotels Chain computers.
If you do not receive an inquiry or confirmation from us within a reasonable time from the date of making the reservation, by telephone or email, it must be assumed that there was an error with the reservation. In this case it is recommended that you contact us. We will try to find out as much as possible the source of the problem and assist you in making the reservation, or cancel it if you request.
Payments and Prices
When entering the reservation details, the user will be required to enter credit card details, for security purposes only. On Jewish and Israeli holidays, as well as in the months of July – August, the user will be required to pay an advance of 10% (or another rate that will be set forth on the website).
Payment will be made in full upon entering the hotel – in cash or by credit card – except for reservations that are non-refundable, in which payment will be made when the reservation is made on the website (and will not be refunded in case of cancellation, except for cancellation according to law). Payment for products on the website, including coupons, will be made when making the reservation on the website.
Payment for the services / products will be made using a valid credit card. You must provide the credit card number, the identity card of the cardholder, the type of card and its validity and any additional information we need in order to complete the booking procedure. The Travel Hotels chain reserves the right to stop the use of any payment method on the website, to allow the use of additional payment methods and to apply different payment arrangements to the types of credit cards or payment methods that we will honor.
After you have entered the details of the payment method and completed the booking procedure, you will be sent a confirmation via e-mail that your reservation details have been received. If it turns out that the payment method you provided is not valid, or that the credit card company does not honor the transaction, or that the requested service cannot be provided to you, the Travel Hotels chain will contact you to complete or cancel the transaction.
The payment may involve various fees that will be charged to you by the operators of the clearing or payment service you will use and in accordance with the terms of service of those external providers. You are solely responsible for paying these fees, to the extent required. If the use of the payment method has been approved by the credit card company that issued it, or the relevant payment service, you will be notified accordingly and your account will be charged for the cost of the service.
Prices on the website are in shekels and include VAT (except in Eilat) according to the legal rate. The travel hotel chain does not guarantee that the prices of the services on the website will necessarily be the cheapest, or that the payment terms will be the most convenient.
We are entitled to change and update from time to time the terms of reserving rooms and the prices of the services and products on the website, without the need for prior notice. The valid price in relation to the reservation you made is the price that was published when you completed the booking process (which includes the delivery of payment method details). If the prices were updated before the booking process was completed, you will be charged according to the updated prices.
The number of places in each hotel is limited and booking a room is based on availability only.
Promotions, Benefits and Discounts
The travel hotel chain may offer on the website, or in any other means of advertising, promotions, benefits and discounts of various types. Subject to the provisions of any law concerning promotions, and in particular the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741- 1981, the chain may at any time stop these promotions, benefits and discounts, or change them. There are no double promotions and discounts.
Receiving and Vacating Rooms
Room reception (check-in) – on weekdays at 3:00 p.m. and on Saturdays or holidays at 6:00 p.m.
Vacating the rooms (check out): on weekdays by 11:00 a.m. and on Saturdays or holidays by 2:00 p.m.
Arrival and/or departure before/after the aforementioned hours is subject to prior written approval by the hotel and incurs an additional fee.
Direct Mailing and Delivery of Information and Advertising Content
After you have provided your details on the website (through the contact mechanisms and forms, when registering for our members’ club, or when booking a vacation or accommodation), the Travel Hotels chain will be entitled to send you operational and marketing messages as well as direct mail inquiries, by email, text messages, in print, or in any other way to distribute messages. These messages may include content updates, newsletters, surveys, information about services and products (ours or of others), promotions, innovations and advertising, inter alia, as defined in section 30a of the Communications (Bezek and Broadcasting) Law, 5742- 1982.
At any time, you may withdraw your consent and notify us of your refusal to receive advertisements, in general or of a particular type, by sending a notice of refusal. The way to send the notice of refusal will be set forth in the advertisement sent to you, and you can always send the notice of refusal in writing as well. Please note that even if you refuse to receive advertisements, the Travel Hotels chain may continue to contact you with messages of an operational nature regarding your activity with us and your bookings.
Proper Use of the Website
You may use the website subject to the following terms. You may not use the website in any other way, unless you have received the express prior written consent of the Travel Hotels chain, and subject to the terms of the consent (if given). The responsibility for the use of the website and for any result resulting from this applies only to you –
- You may use the website services for legal purposes only;
- You may not copy and use, or allow others to copy and use, in any other way content from the website, including on other sites, electronic publications, print publications, etc., for any other purpose;
- You may not activate or allow to activate any computer application or any other means, including programs such as Crawlers, Robots, etc., for the purpose of searching, scanning, copying or automatically retrieving content from the website. You may not create and you may not use the aforementioned means to create a compilation, collection or database that will contain content from the website;
- Content from the website may not be presented in any way – including through any software, device, accessory or communication protocol – that changes their design on the website or removes any content from them, in particular advertisements and commercial content;
- You may not link to the website from any site that contains pornographic content, content that encourages racism or illegal discrimination, or that is against the law, or whose publication is against the law or that encourages activity that is against the law.
Online Contact Form
The Travel Hotels Chain allows you to contact it also through an Online Contact Form (and also through the other means of making contact set forth in these regulations). When completing the online form, you will be asked to provide personal details such as: full name, telephone, email address and other details (such as the nature of your inquiry and the relevant hotel). You must provide only correct, accurate and complete details. Incorrect details may, if necessary, prevent us from contacting you.
You must refrain from sending us inquiries that include content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, insulting, hostile, harmful, threatening, rude, racist, offensive to public sentiments, encourages the commission of a criminal offense, may constitute a basis for a lawsuit or civil liability, is defamatory, violates privacy or constitutes another violation of the law. The travel hotel chain reserves its right to ignore offensive inquiries.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the website and its contents, including patents, copyrights, models, designs and trade secrets, are the property of the travel hotel chain only, or of third parties who have allowed the travel hotel chain to use them. These rights apply, inter alia, to the brand name “Travel Hotels” as well as the domain name of the website, the trademarks that appear on the website (whether registered or not), the commercial symbols therein, the graphic design of the website, the databases therein, and all content other therein including the website’s computer code.
You may not copy, change, publish, distribute, market, translate, publicly display, transfer to the public or make available to it, process, create or make derivative works, sell, lease or make any commercial use of any part of the above, including images, graphic files, texts and computer code, either by yourself, or through or in collaboration with a third party, in any way or means, whether electronic, computerized, mechanical, optical, photographic or recording means, or in any other way, without obtaining prior written consent from the Travel Hotels Chain or from the other rights holders, as applicable, and subject to the terms of the consent (if given).
You may not make any commercial use of the data published on the website, the database on the website, the information on the website or other details published on it – without obtaining the prior written consent of the travel hotel chain.
Privacy
The travel hotel chain respects your privacy when using the website. At any time you can review the latest version of thePrivacy Policy of the website, which constitutes an integral part of these regulations (and which also includes ourCookies Policy). Since the privacy policy can change from time to time, it is recommended that you review it for updates from time to time.

The pictures on the website, including pictures from the various hotels of the chain and the pictures of the products, are shown for illustrative purposes only. There may be certain differences between the pictures shown on the website and their content in reality. This does not impose any responsibility on the Travel Hotels Chain, or anyone on its behalf.
Links and Advertising Commercial Information on the Website
When browsing the website, you may be presented with commercial-advertising information. The source of such information can be from the Travel Hotels Chain and it can be from third parties, such as advertisers or business partners of the chain. In cases where the source of the information is from third parties, the Travel Hotels Chain cannot guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the said information, therefore you will not be able to make any claim, demand or lawsuit against the Travel Hotels Chain for direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from reliance on or use of the information provided on the website and which originates from third parties. Any contractual engagement between you and any third party following such publication is at your sole discretion and responsibility and the Travel Hotels chain is not a party to any such contractual engagement.
To the extent that the website has links to other sites that are not managed and operated by us, the Travel Hotels Chain will not be held responsible for the content of those sites and the information published on them, including being complete, accurate, being current and correct, or for any other detail related to them.
Breach and Indemnification
Without derogating from the provisions of any law and the binding documents, you undertake to indemnify and compensate the Travel Hotels Chain, its employees, managers or anyone on its behalf, in any case where you breach these terms, or any of the binding documents, or act in connection with the website contrary to the provisions of any law. Such indemnity will cover any expense, payment, loss, loss of profit or any other damage, direct or indirect, monetary or non-monetary, that will be caused to the Travel Hotels Chain, its employees, managers or anyone on its behalf, including legal expenses and attorney’s fees.
Canceling a Reservation
The Travel Hotels chain operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (and the regulations pursuant to it), with respect to the cancellation of a remote sales transaction and the cancellation of ordered services and products – such as booking a vacation at the chain’s hotels – all as set forth in detail in the Cancellation Policy of the chain, which is an integral part of the binding documents. It will not be possible to cancel a transaction where the law does not grant such a right, except at the sole discretion of the chain and according to the circumstances of the case.
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, you may notify the Travel Hotels Chain of the cancellation of a transaction in any of the following ways:

- By registered mail (to the reservation center of the Travel Hotels chain – 22 Markoni St., Haifa 3295536);

In the cancellation notice, the procurer will specify his name and identity number, and, if a cancellation notice was given orally, it will also include an additional form of identification.

The Swimming Pool Area
In the following chain hotels: ______________ – Bathing is in the kibbutz pool __________ and it is under the responsibility of the bathers only and the kibbutz. The Travel Hotels Chain does not own the rights to the pool and does not operate it, and therefore the Travel Hotels chain will not be responsible in connection with entering the pool or its use by hotel guests. You must bring your own towels when using water sources outside the recreation site.
Bathing of children up to the age of 12 in the pool and its accompanying facilities will be under the supervision of an adult only and under the responsibility of the guests. You are requested and undertake to observe the instructions and procedures in the pool area, as they are displayed in the area.
Social Networks
The Travel Hotels Chain directs the users of the website to various social media channels of the chain, such as the pages the chain operates on-Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and-YouTube and more. The use of these online services is done at your own risk and is naturally subject to the legal agreements (such as the terms of use and the privacy policy) that regulate the activities of each of these platforms (which are not on behalf ofus or under ourcontrol).
Law and Jurisdiction
The law that governs the use of the website, your reservation and these regulations, is the Israeli law only. Any dispute that arises between the parties, including a dispute in connection with the use of the website, your reservation or your stay at the hotel, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district of Haifa, Israel.
Changes in the Binding Documents
The Travel Hotels chain may change from time to time the provisions of these regulations and any of the binding documents (and in particular the privacy policy). If possible and if material changes are made in the regulations or the binding documents, a notice will be published on the website interface, and we may also send you a notice about it. The links to the binding documents posted on the website will always link to the latest version of the binding documents. Your continued use of the website after the publication of the updated binding documents indicates your agreement to them and we may require you to reconfirm them after the change. If you do not agree with the new provisions in the binding documents, you must stop making any use of the website.
Changes to the Website and Termination of the Service
The Travel Hotels chain can change from time to time the structure of the website, its appearance and design, the scope and availability of the services therein and it will be entitled to change any other aspect involved in the website – and all, without having to notify you in advance. Such changes will be made, inter alia, taking into account the dynamic nature of the Internet and the technological and other changes that occur therein. By their very nature, changes of this type may involve malfunctions or initially cause discomfort, etc. You will not have any claim or demand against the travel hotel chain for making such changes, or malfunctions that will occur during their implementation.
Without derogating from the aforesaid, the Travel Hotels Chain may at any time stop providing the services on the website, all or in part, at its sole discretion. We are entitled to incorporate the website as a separate company or to transfer the ownership of the website to a third party, provided that your rights according to this agreement will not be prejudiced by the transfer of ownership.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Dogs can be brought to the hotel, except to the Metula Travel Hotel, however this option is limited toX dogs maximum for each room booked in the hotel. Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms of the hotel or in the pool and its accompanying facilities. All appropriate instructions must be followed, such as using a leash at all times and a muzzle (for dogs required by law).
You may not invite additional guests to the hotel beyond the number and identity of the guests in the reservation, without obtaining the hotel’s prior written consent. Bringing guests to the hotel complex / pool area – either for staying the night or for accommodations without staying the night – will be charged an additional fee.
You may not take equipment out of the hotel rooms. You must leave the kitchen in the room (if there is one) clean and undamaged, before you leave the hotel.
No smoking in the hotel area except in the permitted and designated areas.
The user undertakes to leave the kitchen in the facility clean and undamaged upon leaving the premises.
Maintaining the hotels of the chain – the user undertakes on his behalf and in behalf of all other guests with him to maintain the place and not to cause any damage intentionally and/or negligently to the site, including all the equipment in it. The user confirms that in the event of any damage, the credit card provided will be charged for the full cost of the damage.
