1. General
1.1 The website is the official website of the Travelhotel chain [hereinafter: “The Hotel”].
1.2 Anyone using this website declares that he has read the content of these bylaws and agrees, unequivocally,
to all of its provisions and terms, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any demand and/or
claim, direct and/or indirect, against the website, and/or any of its owners, and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on its behalf, and/or the Hotel.
1.3 Part of this website’s content is written in the masculine form solely for the purpose of convenience. However, it is intended for women and men alike.
1.4 The user declares that the information presented on the website, and/or any part of it, is the Hotel’s sole property, that the Hotel reserves the copyrights to the information, and/or in any part of it, that he/she undertakes to use the information on the website solely for his/her own personal use, and he/she undertakes not to duplicate, photocopy, copy, broadcast, print, or publish the information on the website, and/or any part of the information, whether owned by the Hotel or owned by third parties, to any person and/or body without the Hotel’s advanced written consent, except for a personal, non-commercial purpose.
1.5 The user undertakes not to falsify the information, or to make any other change or take any action likely
to prejudice the correctness of the information and its credibility or its honor or the Hotel’s reputation as the owner of the copyrights therein, or those of any other entity.
2. Risks and Liability
2.1 The user hereby declares that he is aware that the use of the website involves many risks,
both because of the technology inherent therein, and because of the human parties who operate on the internet.
2.2 The user is exclusively and fully liable for any use he makes, and/or will make, of the information.
2.3 The information is solely for the user’s personal use, and the use thereof, including any reliance upon it, is solely the user’s responsibility. Inter alia, the user declares that he is aware of the fact that the photographs displayed on the website are solely for illustrative purposes, and there may be differences between how they are displayed on the computer screen and their appearance in reality.
2.4 The information is displayed on the website “as is,” and the Hotel is not responsible for adapting it to
the user’s needs, and is not liable toward the user if the user is unable to make use of the information for any reason.
The user alone will bear liability for the manner in which he makes use of the information.
2.5 The Hotel does all it can to ensure that the information is correct and accurate, insofar as possible; however the information does not purport
to constitute a complete, full, or detailed analysis of all the subjects detailed therein. The information is only general,
and may be partial and incomplete. The Hotel will not bear any liability with regard to a mistake in the information displayed on the website, made either by the Hotel or by third parties.
2.6 The Hotel will not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, loss, or expense or mental anguish, that the user or his
property may sustain (inter alia the hardware and/or software of the user), or that any third party sustains, directly or indirectly, resulting from entering the website and using its content.
2.7 The Hotel will not be liable for any illegal activity by the user on the website, or by any other party that is not under its control.
2.8 The Hotel will not be liable for changes made to the information by the user and/or by any other third party.
3. Making a Booking
3.1 General
3.1.1 The user has the right to use the website solely to make a reservation, and to purchase services
and/or to receive information. Use is not to be made of this website for any other purposes.
3.1.2 Booking a room at the Hotel is possible by calling the reservations center of the Hotel at 046883040/34, or via this website.
3.1.3 Details of the Purchaser of the Services
3.1.3.1 When the services are purchased through the website and a reservation is made, as detailed hereinafter, the user will be required to enter his personal details into the system, including identity card number or passport number, and credit card number, and details regarding all the guests who are going to stay with him.
3.1.3.2 The website owners and/or its operators and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on their behalf
are not liable for mistakes made by the user while entering the purchase details, including a mistake in choosing
the vacation package, date, number of beds and any other service to be booked by the purchaser through the website, and/or
any liability, direct or indirect, in the event the purchase is not received by the system, and/or any
technical and/or other problem that prevents the purchaser from purchasing services through the website.
3.1.3.3 Entering false purchase details is a criminal offense, and legal measures will be taken against those who enter false details, including tort claims for damages likely to be sustained by the Hotel and/or the website and/or its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone acting on their behalf.
3.1.3.4 The user declares that he is aware of the fact that once the purchase details are entered, he will be included in the Hotel’s database. The Hotel will be entitled to use the purchase details to improve the services it offers to users of the website, and to contact a user via ordinary mail, email, and any other communication means, and to adapt the website to his needs and personal preferences.
3.2 How to Make a Reservation
3.2.1 The user will enter the reservation details on the website.
3.2.2 When the reservation details are entered, the user will be required to enter his credit card details, solely
for security purposes, except for holidays and the months of July August, during which a non-refundable advance payment of 10% will be required
in the case the reservation is cancelled for any reason.
3.2.3 The payment will be made in full, in cash and/or by credit card, upon arriving at the Hotel
except for non-refundable reservations, for which the payment will be made at the time the reservation is made, and will not be refunded in case of a cancellation.
4. Terms and Restrictions
4.1 The prices on the website are in shekels (NIS) and include VAT (except in Eilat), according to the VAT rate
that changes from time to time.
4.2 The Hotel may change, at any time, room reservation terms, and the prices of the packages.
4.3 The Hotel may change the website bylaws from time to time without giving any advance notice thereof to the user.
The Hotel will publish the new terms on the website, and they will come into force on the date on which they are published.
4.4 The Hotel may shut down the website and may change, from time to time, its structure, content, appearance, scope, and the availability of the services and the content rendered through it, and any other aspect associated with the website and its operation, all
without having to notify the user thereof in advance. The user declares that he will not have any argument and/or claim and/or demand against the Hotel in connection thereto.
4.5 The user is aware of the fact that the use of the website naturally may have technical
faults.
4.6 The number of beds at the Hotel is limited, and fulfilling a reservation is solely on an availability basis.
4.7 No duplicate offers and discounts are offered.
4.8 Check-in and Check-out:
4.8.1.1 Check-in time: on weekdays at 15:00, and on Saturday or holidays at 18:00
4.8.1.2 Check-out time: on weekdays at 11:00, and on Saturday or holidays by 15:00
4.8.1.3 Check-in and/or check-out before/after the time as stated above, is subject to approval in advance by the Hotel’s management
and incurs an additional payment.
4.9 Infants and Children:
4.9.1 Definitions:
“Infant” – whoever is younger than two years old.
“Child” – whoever is younger than 12 years old.
5. Only the laws of the State of Israel will govern this agreement.
Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter regarding this agreement, and the use of the website, is granted to the authorized courts in the Haifa District.

7. Cancelling a Reservation
7.1 Cancelling a hospitality reservation and the rest of the services ordered through the travelhotels.co.il website will be made subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: “The Consumer Protection Law”), including the regulations enacted by virtue thereof, and after the guest has made a reservation through the reservations system on the website, and after receiving confirmation from the Travelhotels chain.
7.2 An update pertaining to cancelling a reservation will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations, and by one of the following ways:
• Orally, namely over the telephone at: 04-6883040, or by leaving a voice message at the business establishment.
• By registered mail to the reservations center of the TravelHotels chain at 22 Markoni, Haifa, TravelHotels.

In the cancellation notice, the guest will specify his name and identity number, and, if a cancellation notice was given orally, will also include an additional form of identification.

8. The Swimming Pool Area
Swimming in the Kibbutz swimming pool is the sole responsibility of the swimmer and the Kibbutz.
Travel Hotels are not the owners of the rights in the land, and/or are not the operators of the swimming pool, and therefore no liability will apply to the Travel Hotels in connection with accessing the swimming pool and/or the use thereof.
Children under the age of 12 using the pool must be supervised by an adult, and at the guest’s responsibility. You are requested to make sure
to comply with the instructions and procedures in the swimming pool area.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
9.1 Dogs are welcome [except at the Metula TravelHotel].
9.2 You are not to invite additional guests, beyond the number stipulated in the reservation, without obtaining the Hotel’s consent to do so in advance. Bringing
guests to the Hotel/swimming pool area, whether to sleep or to visit without sleeping over, will incur an additional charge.
9.3 Do not remove appliances from the guest rooms. You must bring your own towels when using water sources offsite.
9.4 Do not smoke in the Hotel grounds, except in the permitted areas.
9.5 The user undertakes to leave the kitchen in the facility clean, and without damage, upon leaving the site.
9.6 Safeguarding the Site
9.6.1 The user undertakes, on his own behalf, and on behalf of the rest of the guests with him, to safeguard the site, and not to maliciously and/or negligently cause any damage to the site, including any of the appliances therein.
9.6.2 The user confirms that in the case of any damage, the aforementioned credit card will be debited for the full cost
of the damage.
