It all began in the old estate of the Friedman family, an agricultural farm from Nahariya’s early years, with an old chicken coop standing silent in the heart of the orchard, covered in thick vegetation.
Ran Friedman managed to convince his partner Edith to give up their life in central Israel and come to breathe new life into the place where he grew up. His brother Ziv joined, and the rest is history…

Due to its special character, “BeNachala” has long since become a sought-after venue for hosting events with a unique concept. After 16 years, the “BeNachala” restaurant in Nahariya has become kosher.
In the morning, you’ll find a dairy menu full of surprises and treats, while at lunch and dinner, the kitchen becomes meat-based.
