Among the peaks of the Upper Galilee, amidst abundant greenery and surrounded by long rows of vineyards, Dishon Winery is nestled on the Naftali Mountain ridge, near the Kedesh Valley.
The beginning of a great love for wine, of course, and of three generations of farmers.
Dishon Winery is a family-run boutique winery, giving personal manual attention throughout the production process,
from the harvest, through the manual sorting and separation of the grape crushing avenues.
On the fermentation and aging in wooden barrels and finally the bottling and marketing,
personal attention is paid to each and every bottle and a lot of investment that explains the result.
