In northern Golan Heights, nestled within an enchanting and mysterious oak forest at an elevation of 1,100 meters above sea level, lies the family-owned boutique winery “Har-Odem” – Odem Mountain Winery.

The climate, mountainous landscape, oak forest, and numerous vineyards in the area provide visitors to Har Odem winery with a magical, legendary experience reminiscent of traveling to a distant land.

Har Odem Winery was founded in 2003 by Idit and Michael Alfasi and produces approximately 90,000 bottles annually.

The winery is the realization of a shared dream for the Alfasi family, where a family business was born from their love of wine, agricultural cultivation, and creative endeavors.

The winery combines quality and innovation with tradition and precision, and is considered one of Israel’s finest boutique wineries, having earned numerous awards both domestically and internationally.
